Renowned chefs Sophie Grigson and Alex Aitken will be starring in the Retail Cookery Theatre at the FARM & MORE trade show on 26 January at the Bournemouth International Centre.

The FREE to attend trade show features over 100 exhibitors to the farm shop, farmers' market, attractions, deli, cafe and independent hospitality sector. Find local, artisan and speciality food and drink, shop fittings, tills and scales, packaging, giftware, and attractions stands.

The Retail Cookery Theatre offers demos with a difference, designed to send retailers away inspired with ideas relevant to their business, from seasonal recipes and 'how to' information on running cookery demos to tips for creating children friendly dishes and scratch bakeries. Locally based chefs Alex Aitken (The Jetty) and Sophie Grigson will star alongside food consultant Sharyn Singer, TV star and top baker Tom Herbert.
